Terms of use
Last updated
Draft prepared from the product’s documentation. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer and is pending the owner’s review.
These terms apply to the website comsemble.com and to the Comsemble service at app.comsemble.com, provided by DesignCore (details in the imprint).
1. The service in its current state
Comsemble was built for the AWS CDS Agentic AI Partner Hackathon in October 2026 and is offered as a demonstration and pilot. Features may change or be removed at any time. There is no service level agreement and no guaranteed availability. The demo workspace contains synthetic data only: its names, organizations, messages and costs are invented, and costs are estimates.
2. Accounts
Access to the web app is by invitation or by an allow-listed sign-up. Keep your sign-in details to yourself; you are responsible for what is done with your account.
3. Contacts and consent
If you add contacts (suppliers, clients, staff or attendees) to a project, you are responsible for being allowed to process their data and to contact them. Comsemble asks every added phone number or email address to confirm before it sends operational messages, but this does not replace your own responsibility toward the people you add.
4. Acceptable use
You must not use the website or the service to:
- send messages to people who have not agreed to receive them;
- send spam, advertising or bulk messages through any channel;
- upload or send unlawful content, or content that infringes the rights of others;
- impersonate others or claim an authority you do not have (messages never grant authority in Comsemble; this rule also applies outside it);
- disrupt, overload or probe the service, or circumvent its access controls.
We may suspend access when these rules are broken.
5. AI suggestions need a person’s approval
Comsemble uses AI to read messages, answer questions and suggest plans. AI output can be wrong. The service never commits a plan, approves spending or contacts a supplier on the basis of AI output alone: a person decides. Check suggestions before you approve them; decisions you approve are yours.
6. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under the German Product Liability Act. For slight negligence we are liable only for the breach of an essential obligation, limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this kind of service. Otherwise our liability is excluded as far as the law permits.
7. Applicable law
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where a consumer lives remain unaffected.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. Questions: [email protected].
